E-visa Belarus
Foreign citizens can enter Belarus with an electronic visa. Such visas are single-entry and individual, issued for a period of no more than 30 days and issued to holders of ordinary passports. The following categories of visas are defined (business trip, participation in sports, cultural, scientific, educational events and internships, private affairs, tourism)

The visa application is submitted via the website e-pasluga.by, or via the mobile application "E-pasluga". Information is available in Russian, Belarusian and English. You can register using your e-mail, mobile phone number or Google, Apple accounts; First, you need to create a personal account, then select the service - code 3.04.01, name "Issuance of electronic visas" and follow the instructions for filling out the application.
The visa application is reviewed within seven calendar days. The consular fee for issuing an electronic visa is the same as the fee for a visa pasted into a passport. In addition to the consular fee, you must also pay a service fee of 6 euros.
The decision on the visa application is sent to your personal account on this website.
It is better to print out the electronic visa and have it with you upon entry / exit and during your stay in Belarus.
Upon entry to Belarus and during your stay in the country, a foreigner is obliged to present a copy of the electronic visa at the request of the competent authorities.
