Consular fees tariffs

Visa-fee rates, effective January 1, 2017 

 

 

Individual visa – 60 euro (for all types of visa with any number of entries)

 

In accordance with Article 245 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus, foreigners under the age of 14 are exempted from the consular fee for considering applications for visas of the Republic of Belarus.

For citizens of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Germany, Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Finland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden and Estonia in accordance with the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the European Union on the facilitation of the issuance of visas from July 1, 2020, the rate is set consular fee for issuing in the diplomatic missions and consular offices of the Republic of Belarus of all types entry visas of 35 euros.

The same rate is set for stateless persons permanently residing in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
In accordance with the Agreement, foreigners under the age of 12 are exempted from the consular fee for the consideration of applications for visas of the Republic of Belarus.

When examining visa applications of foreigners in foreign institutions of the Republic of Belarus as a matter of urgency (within 2 business days), consular fees increased by 2 times are applied.
When considering the department for foreigners' entry of the main consular department of applications for issuing visas on arrival at the Minsk National Airport:
from foreigners whose state of residence or usual place of residence there are no Belarusian foreign institutions, the rates of consular fees increased by 50 percent; from foreigners whose state of residence or usual place of residence is located in Belarus, consular fee rates are applied,
increased by 200 percent.
The indicated rates of the consular fee for issuing visas at the Minsk National Airport are valid and
in relation to citizens of European Union states, as well as stateless persons residing in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
